Before sending in your commission proposal/order, you must agree to the following terms:

• I have the right to decline any proposals I receive.

• Upon approval of your proposal, payment must be sent in entirety before work is started via PayPal.  Payments are non-refundable.

• Communication is essential throughout the commission process, and you agree to correspond with me or my business manager if required.  Failure to respond to messages in a timely manner may result on a temporary halt on your commission until communication is re-established. Please check to make sure any Kwondoria.com emails are not erroneously marked as spam.  This includes kwon@kwondoria.com, business@kwondoria.com, and payments@kwondoria.com.

• Inquiries are answered and commissions are completed in the order they are received. Turnaround time will vary based on the complexity of the design.  You will be updated frequently on the progress of your commission.  I offer unlimited revisions until you're satisfied!

• You agree to have your completed commission possibly featured in my portfolio here on Kwondoria.com as well as any associated social media accounts.
